What do I get when I join?
As soon as you join, you’ll get immediate access to the online business building courses (7+ courses) hosted on the Teachable platform, all past Q&A replays and previous topic-based trainings, the schedule for upcoming coaching calls, the Zoom link for our live calls, access to the FB group community, the link to book your 1:1 call anytime… and an imaginary gold star!
What if I can't join the live calls?
The times and days of the live Zoom coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and range between 7am Pacific and 5pm Pacific. Whether it’s timezone or scheduling issues, if you cannot join live, that's okay! The coaching sessions are recorded and available immediately after to watch the replay. You can ask questions in our private group, through form submissions or in an email. In fact, you will also have access to ALL past years of Q&A replays if you really wanted to dive into those.
What if I’m brand new to yoga teaching? Or I don't teach yoga?
No problem! The base curriculum starts from the basics, so you’ll have a solid foundation to grow from. This program spans far beyond "yoga" and applies to anyone who is a coach, instructor, teacher, wellness professional or service-based business owner. If you're reading this far down the page, I know that you'll fit right in.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
Don’t worry – I break everything down step-by-step. If something is really nagging on you, simply reach out and I will personally help you troubleshoot. My goal is to help you understand the tech-side so it gets easier and easier. That way, you can focus on what truly matters... your students! Plus, you’ll have a ton of additional live support to help you through any roadblocks. No question is too basic.
I've already purchased some of the courses separately, do you offer a discount?
I get that. you’ve already invested in some of my trainings, and I love that you’re taking action! Ashes Academy is really designed as a complete, long-term solution that goes beyond just the individual courses. It includes:

Can I pause or cancel and come back later at the lower rate?
No. When the price increases, there will no longer be an option to join at the lower rate. Canceling will remove your access to the courses, community, resources and coaching. I hope you love it and deice to stay!
What's your refund policy?
Because you receive immediate access to all course materials, trainings, and resources upon enrollment, I cannot offer refunds on monthly membership payments. If you purchase 1-year or lifetime access, you may request a refund at anytime at a pro-rated rate (what you paid minus $97/month).

I want you to feel confident in your investment, which is why I’ve designed my programs to provide real, actionable results. If your life shifts or you are no longer using the resources or community, you can cancel your monthly membership at anytime.

What's the difference between Ashes Academy, Ashes Community, and Creator Club?
You may have seen these three membership options on my website and are curious what to join. Ashes Academy includes everything and is truly the best starting point. The Community-only option does not include my signature online courses or 1:1 options – just the community and live calls. Creator Club is only the 1x month content creation workshops and replays (no community or coaching). I highly recommend joining Ashes Academy first, booking the initial 1:1 welcome call with me, and figuring out what type of support it is that you really need.
