  • What do I get when I join?
    As soon as you join, you’ll get immediate access to the live calls + replay "course" hosted on the Teachable platform, the schedule for coaching calls, the Zoom link for our live calls, access to the FB group… and an imaginary gold star!
  • What if I can't join the live calls?
    The times and days of the live Zoom sessions are scheduled in advance, but are subject to change. Whether it’s timezone or scheduling issues, if you cannot join live, no worries! The recorded sessions are usually uploaded and available within 24 hours. You can ask questions in our private group or through email.
  • What if I’m brand new to yoga teaching?
    No problem! We're all growing at our own pace. New and experienced teachers can all use community and support in the business building process.
  • What if I’m not tech-savvy?
    Don’t worry, we tend to break things down down step-by-step. No tech question is a stupid question. Plus, you’ll have plenty of live and personalized support to help you through any roadblocks.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Absolutely. There’s no commitment, and you can cancel your membership anytime—though I think you’ll love sticking around. If you cancel on the monthly membership plan, you will lose access to the replays, private group and coaching calls. Canceling is easy. Instructions are given in the course content and reminded inside the weekly membership email.
  • I've already purchased some of the courses separately, do you offer a discount?
    This is the exactly that! It's the community + coaching only option. No courses, no online programs. You can upgrade to the full Ashes Academy, which includes the library of online business building courses at any time. Reach out to ashesyoga@gmail.com with questions or requests to upgrade.
  • What's your refund policy?
    If you are unhappy with the membership, you may cancel any time on your own. No refunds will be given on previous month's payments. Pro-rated refunds may be accommodated for year-long paying members. Contact ashesyoga@gmail.com with questions.
  • I don't teach yoga. Will I fit in?
    Absolutely! While the majority of our members are currently yoga teachers, the business challenges of an independent, wellness business are similar across other service-based professionals: pricing your classes, marketing online, managing customers, and building sustainable practices. Our lessons and classes on topics like website building, video creation, pricing strategies, and business basics apply to any wellness or fitness professional trying to sell their services. Plus, having range of voices in our discussions makes the conversations better for everyone.
  • Do I get one-on-one advice from Ashley?
    I'm active inside the community and regularly jump into conversations, answer questions, and share my thoughts and experiences. So yes, you'll definitely see me around!
